Shaping Better Decisions for Africa

We undertake interdisciplinary research on governance, development, institutions, public policy, and social outcomes, producing evidence that can inform decisions and strengthen public action.

We assess policies, programmes, and interventions to understand their effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability, and impact—and generate evidence for improvement.

We support public institutions, development organisations, and other stakeholders with research-informed approaches to strengthen leadership, systems, policy implementation, and organisational performance.

We create spaces where researchers, policymakers, practitioners, civil society, the private sector, and communities can exchange evidence, perspectives, and practical solutions.

We design and deliver research-informed executive training and professional development programmes that strengthen leadership, analytical capabilities, policy expertise, and institutional effectiveness across the public, private, and development sectors.

We provide evidence-based strategic advisory and consultancy services to institutions navigating complex policy, governance, and development challenges, helping them make informed decisions, strengthen institutional performance, and achieve sustainable results.
